05Who we share information with

We share information only as needed to run the platform:

  • Trainers: a trainer assigned to your booking can see the details needed to teach you, such as your name and learning goals. We do not give trainers your password or other account data.

06Cookies and sessions

We use cookies and similar technologies that are needed for the platform to work: to keep you signed in, to protect forms and requests from forgery (security tokens), and to remember basic preferences. We may also use analytics tools to understand how the site is used.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but sign-in and booking may stop working without them.

07How long we keep your information

We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide our services, resolve disputes, keep records and meet legal requirements. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data, except what we must keep by law (for example payment and tax records).

08How we protect your information

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including hashed passwords, encrypted connections (HTTPS), request-forgery protection, access controls and audit logs for administrative actions. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong password and keep it private.
